TRUCS®
The GSS Transportation Resource Utilization and Control System (TRUCS®) is a proprietary computer system that allows for tracking and real-time location monitoring even down to the individual shipping containers or products.
Tracking/Monitoring
Real-time environmental monitoring and tracking of actual load contents including bar-code scanned information and digital images for comparison of origin and destination shipment status.
Scheduling
TRUCS also handles all scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups and helps to consolidate multiple less-than-truckload (LTL) pickups within a small geographic area resulting in maximum efficiency.
Remote Access
GSS customers can remotely access the system to monitor the location and condition of their products, along with environmental readings such as temperature and vibration.
